1. The 30-Day Reflection Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, and in its original luxury packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please keep your receipt or order confirmation email handy.

2. How to Start a Return

Initiating a return is simple:

  1. Contact our Concierge Team at returns@contourlab.com.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (to our New York or Poland hubs, depending on your location).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Personal care goods (such as opened serums or lip products).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we cover the shipping.

  • For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our nearest hub.
